Thank you for considering using our online store for purchasing plants in Sydney, Australia. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.
Ordering:
a) We have a small range of home grown plants and custom potting mix available on our online store. Please check the availability and prices before placing your order.
b) Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
c) If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unavailability of plants or stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a refund.
d) If a plant is not suitable to be sent at time of shipment it will be replaced with another of similar if not better quality of growers selection.
Delivery:
a) We deliver plants through Australia Post to the states of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia only. The delivery charges will be a fixed rate fee pending the size of the order. Any excess fee over $30 will be refunded back to your account upon shipping per order.
b) We aim to deliver your order after the sale has been processed and cleared from the date of order confirmation, the following week on either Monday or Tuesday.
c) If you need to change your delivery address, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping confirmation time (Sunday 8am AEST).
d) We do not refund for delayed shipping. See Australia Post shipping guide for delivery speeds and coverage.
Payment:
a) We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal and other payment methods available on our online store.
b) All payments made on our online store are secure and encrypted.
Returns and Refunds:
a) If you receive a damaged plant, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video.
b) We may provide a full or partial refund based on our assessment of the damage severity.
Cancellation:
a) If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately.
b) If you cancel your order after the scheduled delivery time, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Plant Care:
a) We provide basic plant care instructions on our online store. Please follow these instructions to ensure the health of your plant.
b) We are not responsible for any damage to the plant due to incorrect care.
Privacy:
a) We value your privacy and ensure that your personal information is kept secure and confidential.
b) We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
